    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As the Senior Project Manager for site civil engineering, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of projects from conception to completion. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects while leading a team of talented professionals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead the planning, design, and execution of site civil engineering projects, including site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways.

    Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines and financial targets.

    Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.

    Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.

    Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring that engineering solutions meet project requirements and industry standards.

    Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and ensure project success.

    Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organization.

    Oversee project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.

    Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

    Minimum of 10 years of experience in site civil engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

    Strong technical knowledge of site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design.

    Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

    Experience working with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.

    Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
