- Assures compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO
- Performs internal audits
- Liaisons with external auditors and manages site responses and correction actions.
- Provide analysis of customer returns/complaints to identify root cause and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Tactical practices in active technical involvement in investigations, pulling data, and resolving internal workflows with manufacturing engineering input is a must.
- Analyzes processes and systems to assess suitability, affectivity, and compliance to internal and external requirements and managing the Photronics New Product Review process
- Management of quarterly management review meetings of site quality performance and oversees process change control review board.
- Understands concepts of Statistical Process Control and applies Statistical Methods to data analysis for continual improvement of processes and products.
- Performs vendor audits and drives supplier corrective action.
- Conduct training on quality related procedures, processes and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Materials Science, Physics or applicable engineering discipline required
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer status a plus
- Experience in photomask or semiconductor industry is
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Motivated, independent thinker that works well with teams
- Typical office environment with some time spent in a Cleanroom environment. Must wear cleanroom attire, protective equipment and follow cleanroom protocol
