Summary. The HR Manager at Riverdale is responsible for all HR-related issues at the Friedberg/Augsburg locations. They supervise and advise managers, implement HR processes, and promote employee satisfaction. The HR Manager is also an active member of the HR EMEA team.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Essential duties

Provide guidance to managers on various HR issues

Continuously improve employee satisfaction

Enhance and manage the recruitment and onboarding process

Improve and oversee talent management and performance processes

Manage compensation management

Develop and implement processes to achieve business objectives

Coordinate PE staffing and budgeting

Optimize HR processes and procedures

Set annual strategic goals for the department

Collaborate with the works council on individual and collective bargaining issues

Create company agreements

Efficiently manage HR-related administrative tasks

Participate in HR initiatives and projects across Europe

Overall responsibility for HR operations

Supervise payroll accounting and external service providers

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the HR department
