**Summary of Primary Function/General Purpose of Position**
Providing an internship opportunity creates potential for future permanent recruitment for available positions. This position allows the student to become familiar and comfortable with the mission and values of the BSMH organization while also providing an opportunity for staff to evaluate the students skills and weaknesses to aid in any future placement.
**Essential Job Functions**
