- Gather and compile people-related data from various sources, such as HCM, payroll systems, candidate and employee surveys, and other relevant databases.
- Analyze people data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, providing insights into talent acquisition, workforce demographics, performance, retention and turnover, compensation, benefits, and more.
- Ensure that HR data is accurately represented and effectively communicated through visual aids and reports.
- Help drive internal insights and feedback strategy from data understanding to plans of action.
- Collaborate with the People Team to align workforce planning with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify areas for process optimization within HR operations based on data analysis findings.
- Provide insights to support decision-making related to compensation adjustments and benefit offerings.
- Design performance strategies and processes that measure desired outcomes.
- Recommend strategies for enhancing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Assist in creating and maintaining accurate HR records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support and insights for various HR initiatives.
- Support of and involvement in company, department, and/or safety policies, procedures, programs and activities.
- Maintenance of a clean and orderly work area.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field preferred. SHRM, HRCI or other HR related certification preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of HR metrics, practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey findings effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data analysis.
- Familiarity with HCM systems and databases. Proficiency in Workday is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data appropriately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
- Employee must exert up to 30 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
