Stoneridge is currently seeking candidates for the position of Industrial Mechanic. This position involves a dual training system, consisting of both on-the-job and classroom training. The program lasts for 3 years, but can be shortened to 3 years for qualified candidates. As an Industrial Mechanic, you will be responsible for the production, maintenance, and monitoring of technical systems. This includes setting up, converting, and commissioning production equipment. Typical areas of work include maintenance, machine and plant construction, production technology, and precision engineering. You will also be responsible for monitoring and optimizing production processes, as well as performing repair and maintenance tasks.

To be considered for this position, you should have a completed secondary school education, with strong grades in core subjects such as German and mathematics.

You should also have a clear understanding of your career goals and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Your quick thinking and enthusiasm will be valuable assets in this role. Additionally, you should be friendly, dedicated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
