Plainville 'The Baden State Association for Inner Mission - founded in is one of the largest social institutions in Baden with over 700 employees.

It operates facilities for elderly care and young nursing, integration assistance for mentally ill and physically and mentally disabled individuals, as well as child and youth services in the city and district of Karlsruhe.

At our Karlsruher Weg facility, a nursing home for seniors following the household community concept with living groups of 12 residents, we are currently seeking a part-time (50% workload) *Housekeeping Assistant in the Living Area (m/f/d)*.

The tasks include preparing meals throughout the day. This includes preparing breakfast directly in the living groups, cooking lunch, and serving coffee and dinner.

After consultation with the housekeeping management, quality assurance is carried out in room and laundry care as well as in the living area kitchens.

General assistance in these areas, supervision of trainees in consultation with the professional staff, and accompanying events and celebrations throughout the year are also part of the responsibilities.

We are looking for a dedicated, friendly, and open-minded individual, preferably with several years of professional experience, who has empathy and enjoys working with older people, is able to work independently, and is communicative, reliable, team-oriented, and well-organized.
