- Seeking an experienced HR Manager with 6-10 years of HR expertise, majoring in payroll management, and holding a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification.
- Manage all payroll aspects, encompassing timekeeping, deductions, tax withholding, and adherence to regulations.
- Act as the primary employee contact for payroll, benefits, and HR inquiries.
- Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Assist in recruitment activities like job postings, resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless integration process.
- Handle employee relations focusing on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Maintain precise employee records and confidential HRIS data.
- Stay updated on employment laws for compliance.
- Support HR projects, enhancing the department's and organization's success.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- SHRM certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) highly desired.
- 6-10 years of progressive HR experience, with payroll administration expertise.
- Good grasp of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
