Our experienced technicians perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs to keep our fleet in optimal shape. This team is vital to our core mission—providing transportation solutions.

    Job Title : Equipment Sales Coordinator

    Location : Onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA th Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404)

    Job Summary : CRST is seeking a qualified Equipment Sales Coordinator to help manage, organize, inspect, inventory equipment, and support other administrative functions. The Equipment Sales Coordinator role will require a strong commitment to data integrity, fostering vendor and buyer relationships, and scheduling outsourced transportation needs.

    Compensation : Base Salary *A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location.

    Day in the Job Preview : As an Equipment Sales Coordinator, you'll manage equipment sales processes, coordinate with internal teams, process orders, and handle data entry tasks, all while gaining valuable insights into the transportation industry.

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities :

    • Processes equipment sales requests and maintains equipment sales lists.
    • Tracks all sales statuses, payments, titles, etc., and provides reports on the fair market value of equipment.
    • Coordinates with internal shops for the preparation of sale equipment.
    • Handles the processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness.
    • Distributes sales lists to buyers and handles the processing of offers after further training.

    Job Requirements :

    • Successful completion of a CRST background check and drug screen is required.
    • High school diploma or GED is required.

    Ideal Experience & Skillset :

    • MS Office (Excel)
    • General Transportation knowledge (Equipment, accidents, and breakdowns)
    • AA or BA degree in communications, general business, sales, or marketing
    • Project Management
    • Strong communication skills
