    Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc. in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher will work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of clean dishes to meet the demands of the restaurant.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Operate industrial dishwasher to wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
    2. Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils using approved methods.
    3. Inspect cleaned dishes for stains and residual food particles, re-washing if necessary.
    4. Sort and stack clean dishes, loading and unloading dishwasher efficiently.
    5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area, including dish racks, storage areas, and trash disposal.
    6. Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste following proper sanitation procedures.
    7. Assist kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, including food preparation, stocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen areas.
    8. Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, including handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
    9. Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of broken glass and other hazardous materials.
    10. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to management promptly.
    11. Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of clean dishes.
    12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
