    Receptionist


    Description
    Our healthcare facility has an opening for a full-time Receptionist. Our organization places a high value on caring and compassionate staff members to interact with our patients. This position requires office generalist experience, with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

    The Receptionist is responsible for answering a multi-line phone, registering and scheduling patients, preparing client lists and running scheduled reports.

    Experience with electronic scheduling software is strongly preferred.


    Position Requirements
    HS diploma/GED required. Strong communication and computer skills required. The ability to multi-task and exhibit high customer service standards a must.

    As a healthcare provider, Southeast Healthcare is a non-smoking employer. Staff members are required to be vaccinated for the flu and COVID. Religious and medical exemptions may be requested during the hiring process.
