- Work closely with Client Satisfaction Managers and leadership team throughout the campaign development.
- Supports day-to-day operations, including but not limited to safety, productivity, quality, scheduling, timekeeping,performance, appropriate behavior, coaching, etc.
- Onboard new consultants by training them on company standards and procedures.
- Conducts coaching and appropriate training periodically through monitoring and discovering skills gaps.
- Tracks the performance of team members by conducting monthly performance reviews.
- Represent their CSM and assume their tasks, including but not limited to client billables, consultant's payroll hours and client communication as needed when CSM is on leave or unavailable.
- Submit end-of-day reports for their consultant's task and EOM attendance report for their respective team.
- Works independently on technical activities including but not limited to troubleshooting, DIA (download,install, activate),reformatting and updating without direct supervision.
- Help with the on-site recruitment if needed.
- Provides inventory report of the equipment onsite if IT Manager is not available.
