Responsibilities:

Provide functional and technical support to the team in coordinating activities within the region
Manage a diverse team of skilled technicians, ensuring adherence to safety practices
Handle parts purchase orders and service order execution
Schedule fleet and staff deployment for daily activities and projects
Maintain Electronic Daily Timesheets
Travel occasionally and be on call

Requirements:

5+ years of team management experience in a technical field
Experience in industries like service, oil and gas, or construction
Ensure safety and efficiency of work areas
Provide timely support to customers and the team
Assist in equipment allocation and coordination
Associate degree or equivalent experience in Power Generation or HVAC industry
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
