    Job Summary:

    Inside Sales is responsible for assisting outside Business Development Managers to drive and manage existing opportunities to achieve revenue targets. The individual that will flourish as inside sales role is someone that is a great communicator, a team player, and can operate at scale with agility and accountability. This role will focus on the sales opportunity across system integrators as well as distributors in N. America.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Communicate with existing customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on project status
    2. Research and qualify new leads from LinkedIn and other industry outlets
    3. Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities
    4. Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information per email
    5. Provide in-depth analysis on customer-level issues and deliver resolution recommendation
    6. Explain and demonstrate features of products and service
    7. Stay informed about competing products and services
    8. Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
    9. Provide weekly Sales report

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in business or related experiences
    2. 1+ years hardware sales experiences in Server/Computer industry with strong understanding of Server/Storage/Data-center business
    3. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast paced environment and demonstrate passionate, work ethic and high energy level
    4. Solid communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation
    5. Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence internal and external decision makers
    6. Prior sales or business experience working with sever/computer hardware distributors, channels or clients is highly desirable
    7. Possess strong project follow-up, price negotiation, payment management, customer relationship management and time management skills.
