Have you got what it takes?:

Be comfortable working with a team and independently, any task could go either way.
Technologically capable: If you don't know AS400 or CAD systems it's okay but be willing to learn
Familiarity of construction rental equipment is preferred, or having some similar background experience.
You're a topnotch communicator with an infectious personality; comfortable and charming.
Have excellent customer service skills. You'll be talking to a lot of people, keep up the positive attitude
Strong communication skills to enable communication with customers and team members
Be capable of collaborating with other team members: You've got sales goals, and you can't meet all of them alone.
Maintaining a valid driver's license is required
