Our
Brownsville, PA branch is currently seeking a
Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) for a position in
Walluf to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d):

As a member of the sales support team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining good customer relationships by ensuring timely order processing and execution
This includes maintaining and updating master data, independently creating quotes and orders, as well as composing and sending invoices
You will be responsible for managing orders until delivery and handling delivery schedules through data transmission
Your tasks will also include general administrative duties and updating and maintaining data in the ERP system (ABAS)

Your profile as a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d):

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d)) or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in sales support or order processing are desirable
You have a proficient knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with an ERP system
Fluent German and good English skills are required for this position
Technical understanding is advantageous as the company operates in the mechanical engineering industry
