We are currently seeking a
Project Coordinator (m/f/d) for our Service and Delivery Operations team at one of our locations in Germany, starting as soon as possible, in part-time hours per week).

What will be your responsibilities?:

You will be responsible for the internal organization and formal processing of small to mediumsized individual orders
You will cover all phases of these orders, from supporting in the preparation of offers to invoicing
You will monitor service quotas
You will support our delivery teams in order processing, with a focus on numbers
You will correspond with other teams, our customers, and partners in the formal processing of orders
You will ensure compliance with defined processes and high data quality for accurate reporting
You will support the digitalization and standardization of processes in the Service and Delivery area
