POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting on an exciting new growth created executive level single family (ground up rental communities) land acquisition and development leadership opportunity in the Southeast.
This position will be responsible for all aspects of the development business function, pipeline and initiatives within the Single Family Rental business unit..
building out and managing the platform, team and operations at the highest level (P/L, business plan, strategy, pipeline, team, culture, etc...).
This individual will lead all aspects of development across the entire real estate life cycle from overall business plan & strategy to sourcing, executing and stabilization across multiple markets.
The right candidate will be an accomplished real estate development leader that has experience managing a high performing development business unit/pipeline/region, enjoys being "hands on", loves all aspects of real estate development and growing a business to scale.
In a collaborative, well planned and supported that is positioned for success, this individual will be responsible for the overall strategy, growth, direction and performance of the development business, initially focused in markets throughout the south east US.

They are in the process of bringing the single family rental development platform and business in-house as the GP and we are searching for the leader to drive that initiative.
As such, we are performing a search for a single family development executive leader to head up and be instrumental in building, growing and managing a single family rental development platform at the highest level.
This is a long-term, upside "participation" incentive driven opportunity and is a key member of the executive leadership team that will have a direct impact on the success of the overall business.
