- Responsible for managing mid-size Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and/or Independent Broker Dealer (IBD) client relationships, located primarily in the Eastern
- Accountable for the overall client relationship and for ensuring clients' success and satisfaction through engaging in comprehensive relationship planning
- Partners with clients and leads the BNY Mellon team to co-create and drive the execution of clients' strategic objectives using data and insights
- Connects clients to the entire enterprise to help inform and execute upon their strategy to maximize the value they derive from BNY Mellon
- Responsible for client retention, organic sales growth, execution against RM standard of care and the maintenance of pricing and contracts
- Ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of clearing and custody products, services, tech, and client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- years of total work experience preferred.
- + years of Financial Services experience with a particular institutional client type or product (Hedge, Pension, etc.) preferred as is prior experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management.
