Job DescriptionBecome part of the Card Dispute Team
Nets Card Disputes is one of the leading dispute units in Europe for handling credit and debit card disputes. As a conflict manager, you will have close contact with internal and external customers, as well as international stakeholders.
You will be part of the Card Disputes Germany team, where we have a newly established office for onboarding new customers.
Our goal is to support customers in minimizing losses related to fraud by third parties using payment cards.Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Analyzing and processing disputes according to card organization rules and regulations
- Telephone contact with banks/cardholders
- Ensuring compliance with national credit card industry rules
- Experience and knowledge in international credit card business
