Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the complete construction management
  • Active control of construction site processing and monitoring
  • Quality assurance as well as creation and adherence to schedules
  • Responsibility for construction processes in terms of deadlines, costs and quality
  • Construction site documentation

Your profile

  • A degree in civil engineering, a qualification as a construction technician or a comparable degree
  • Ideally at least 2 years of professional experience in structural construction
  • Knowledge of the regional subcontractor and supplier market
  • Determination, structured and economic thinking
  • Ideally knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures)
