Description
The Program Marketing Specialist will be an integral part of the Team to help develop and implement programming, take on different projects to help build relationships for increasing student awareness and engagement with , to improve student experiences, systems, and processes, and support marketing efforts. This individual will also model the teams values. This position will report to Program Director. Please note this is an in person position.
Required Skills
+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experiences, such as program or project management, entrepreneurial/startup experiences, strategy and operations, working with college students, etc.
+ Strong skills in writing, project management, and communication.
+ Ability to learn new systems quickly; experience in improving systems and processes.
+ Ability to work well and build relationships with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
+ A self-starter who is driven, collaborative, and comfortable with change, fast-paced work, ambiguity, and experimentation.
