- Licensed (LVN/RN) with at least 2 years of experience in the field or bachelor's degree in business related field.
- Prior experience with customer relations within Sales and Marketing is preferred.
- Provide patient education teaching sessions.
- Proactively initiate discharge planning with case management to ensure seamless transition home.
- Actively communicate, educate, and plan with referring facilities.
- Seek out new referral sources on a daily/weekly basis.
- Partner with Regional Sales Manager to execute account business growth plan, discuss opportunities, assess progress, and provide feedback.
- Develop relationships and call on referral sources in person with appropriate hospital protocol.
- Demonstrate ability to manage territory and accounts.
- Meet/Exceed monthly goals set forth by Sales Manager.
- Conduct assessment of patients selected by the hospital for home infusion care.
- Complete and maintain all required reports.
- Help collect any necessary documentation needed in the field.
- Adhere to all professional and ethical behavior standards of the healthcare
- industry.

Medix Infusion is hiring for a full time Clinical Liaison for the Corpus Christi area. The Clinical Liaison will work closely with physicians, health care facilities, and case management professionals, to coordinate patient care transition from a hospital or healthcare facility. In addition to providing excellent care and education to the patients, they will also be responsible for overseeing existing accounts and fostering new referral opportunities.
