For our automotive client, we are looking for a
Deputy Shift Leader/Team Leader (m/f/d) for Maintenance at our
Leipzig location.


This is what your daily work looks like

  • Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on conveyor and transport systems, lifts, automated storage and retrieval systems, forklifts, and process equipment
  • Documentation of maintenance activities (shift log, malfunctions, etc.)
  • Responsibility for operational management of employees (scheduling, feedback discussions, etc.)
  • Planning and implementation of employee development and conducting learning assessments
  • Central point of contact for equipmentspecific issues and representative to customers
  • Ensuring a consistent technical approach and active communication with colleagues in the same field
  • Training of employees according to guidelines

This is what makes you stand out for the job

  • Completed training in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or mechanics
  • A master's or technician's degree is not mandatory
  • Previous experience in a leadership role is advantageous
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to work in a 3shift system with
