- Lead a team of mechanics in performing maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment.-Accept and perform tasks associated with repair and maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions
- Oversee the maintenance schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and labor
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate repairs and maintenance activitiesQualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
