Located in the heart of Bay Ridge, Resilient Mind is an innovative psychotherapy practice looking to hire a lead clinical supervisor.

It is essential that you are someone who is:

• Continually educating yourself in leading-edge therapeutic modalities
• Questioning traditional understandings of mind and psychology
• Enjoys working with people
• Has good communication skills
• Has supervisory experience

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and coaching supervisors
• Training supervisors/clinicians in theoretical approach, therapeutic rapport & clinical documentation
• Facilitating group supervisions (Last Sunday of the month 10am11am)
• Conducting hiring Interviews and performance improvement plans
• Maintaining ongoing communication with the leadership team
• Managing Highrisk situations

Part-time hours per month depending on the month)

Work location:
Twice a month in the office and the rest remote


Salary:
$2500 per month
