Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Supervisor to join our team.

As a Lead Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business, managing a team of employees, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
Ensure efficient operations by monitoring employee performance and providing feedback
Monitor inspection performance and implement strategies to improve productivity targets
Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and inspection protocols
Conduct employee orientations and ensure compliance with company standards
Assist in creating work schedules and tracking inspectors time
Handle tenant and client's inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
Ensure inspections are occuring throughout the day
Maintain accurate logs of daily inspections
Collect daily reports from inspectors
Submit reports to client by 7AM daily
Conduct Visual LBP Assessments
Maintain an organized work environment
Be VERY detail oriented

Qualifications:

Previous experience in supervisory positions
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent motivational and interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships
Proficient in reporting
Biilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
Knowledge of Lead Base Paint is preferred but not required
EPA LBP Certification is a plus but not required
Ability to track employee time
Proficient in Micorsoft excel, word, pdf
