DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain manufacturer relationships and ensure thorough communication on all product development
Ensure all development comments and concerns are clearly communicated and resolved before production
Efficiently liaise between product development management, designers, vendors and factory
Collaborate with development innovation and fabric sourcing in line with brand values
Support and recommend solutions for product fittings and quality control
Support design and production of style number creation and descriptions
Assist with the preparation, review and archive of strike off's and finished samples
Support in the review and uploading of design tech packs
Review and coordinate with daily updates in the development tracker
Assist with all misc. projects and support production team to ensure a smooth work flow
