- You will be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and your team. 1-3 years of previous leadership experience and the ability to demonstrate stellar management skills
- Working knowledge of person-centered care principles and practices will make you stand out. An excellent track record of state survey results and knowledge of regulations is required
- You will also be a graduate from an accredited college of Nursing and be a Licensed RN in the State of Colorado with a current BLS certification
