    If you are an experienced Registered Nurse looking to move into a leadership role or an experienced Nurse Manager looking for a new opportunity let's have a conversationWhat you'll be doing:
    In partnership with residents and the Interdisciplinary team, you will lead, coordinate, and deliver person-centered care based on current assessment and evaluation of resident status


    In addition, you will:

    Build your team:

    interview, select and train the right peopleLead your team: drive the performance management process while serving as a coach and mentorInspire your team: motivate your team to deliver the best care to our residentsWho we are looking for:You will be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and your team.

    1-3 years of previous leadership experience and the ability to demonstrate stellar management skillsWorking knowledge of person-centered care principles and practices will make you stand out.

    An excellent track record of state survey results and knowledge of regulations is requiredYou will also be a graduate from an accredited college of Nursing and be a Licensed RN in the State of Colorado with a current BLS certificationYou will be a great fit for us if you:
