    Description
    Key Responsibilities:
    Data Engineering (60%):
    • Analyze and interpret large volumes of data to derive actionable insights.
    • Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures to extract, transform, and load data.
    • Create and manage data visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the data science team to develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in accordance with data governance standards.
    Program/Project Management (40%):
    • Lead and manage complex data projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, adhering to Project Management Professional (PMP) standards.
    • Oversee cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
    • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Strong expertise in SQL/PLSQL programming, including writing and optimizing complex queries and stored procedures.
    • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and large data pool management is highly desirable.
    • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are preferred.
    • Proven experience in project management, including the successful completion of complex data-related projects.
    • Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and data modeling tools.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
