    Zensar is in search of an experienced Oracle Retail Merchandising Techno-Functional Lead with expertise in Oracle Retail Merchandising System implementation and consulting. This is a full-time role at Zensar, with no remote work option available.

    Job Title: Oracle RMS Functional

    Location: Pleasanton, CA

    Position Type: Full-Time

    Client: RESTORATION HARDWARE INC

    Requirements:

    • Over 10 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System implementation and consulting.
    • Solid functional and implementation knowledge of Oracle RMS.
    • Expertise in integrating RMS with various IT systems like Order Management, WMS, BI, Operations, Salesforce, POS, and Finance.
    • Prior experience in Retail RMS implementation is essential.
    • Familiarity with RMS Next Gen is considered a bonus.
    • Strong Oracle PL/SQL skills.
    • Experience with Mulesoft and Kafka is preferred.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Positive attitude, strong sense of accountability, and a proactive approach to tasks.
    • Proven ability to tackle complex issues and deliver top-notch solutions.
    • Excellent documentation skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated leadership qualities with prior experience in leading and steering initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and related modules such as RIB, RICS, ReSA, ReHA, RIBEXT.
    • Provide expert guidance and functional knowledge of Oracle RMS to team members, aiding businesses in issue resolution using the RMS application, to ensure successful implementation and integration with other IT systems.
    • Manage GL integration from RMS to other financial systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
    • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Item Expenses framework, covering various expense aspects.
    • Independently manage and oversee the RMS application, handling multiple functions within RMS such as Items, PO creation, Transfers, Adjustments, etc.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance solutions continually.
    • Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and a positive mindset.
    • Document solution designs, configurations, and customizations meticulously to aid in knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
