We are currently looking for a Customer Service Clerk / Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) to join our headquarters in Freiburg as soon as possible.

Here, you will give your all:

  • You will give our company and our offers a voice as you handle the wishes and inquiries of our contract partners, warranty holders, and cooperation partners by phone or email, and reliably process them.
  • We will quickly familiarize you with the range of services offered by CarGarantie, so that you can soon independently advise our external partners and our field service and take care of all their concerns with care. This includes handling all associated administrative processes.
  • In your role, you will also have a keen eye for identifying potential for improvement in your work environment and will share these with the team.
