With decades of experience, we operate in the fields of school and office supplies, toys, school bags, textiles, luggage, promotional items, and pet supplies.

Our import and brand distribution services are offered from our locations in Ellerau (north of Hamburg), Bad Bentheim, Osnabrück, and Bremen, as well as our partner offices in Bangkok, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Jakarta.

We are currently seeking a new team member for our location in Ellerau to join us as soon as possible as an IT Service Desk / IT Support employee (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities will include managing our ticket system, developing and continuously improving IT services and processes, coordinating external service providers, and ensuring service quality through proactive monitoring, precise reporting, and targeted risk analysis.

Your profile should include a solid IT education, ideally with an ITIL certification or equivalent qualification, as well as experience in IT service management and knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices for optimizing service delivery and support.

You should also have strong language skills for international communication, with fluency in German and good English skills. Customer orientation and teamwork are also important qualities, as well as the ability to work in a motivated team. We offer an
