Schedule:
Monday - Friday. Hours vary (approx 30 hours/week).

Location:
Surrounding cities in Orange County. We match you close to where you live.

Travel Required:
Surrounding cities in Orange County. CM compensates for mileage (IRS rate)

The Position:

We're looking for Motivators to help our participants grow personally and
professionally within their community. You will help adults with disabilities maintain
inclusiveness in our society. You will support their needs with fitness, health, life balance,
shopping, and work.

You will commit to providing our participants with the maximum opportunities to be.
Integrated into the community and be part of today's workforce.
You will support and motivate your participant/s throughout the day.
You will be a Motivator and believe that your participants can achieve success
