Overview:

Clear Motivations is a nonprofit organization serving adults with disabilities in Orange County. We believe in community integration and equal employment opportunities for adults with disabilities.

We are seeking coaches who would like to join our mission of helping our participants become successful at their jobs and in their communities


Benefits and pay range:


  • Starting pay is
    $20 with partial
    cell phone reimbursement and
    mileage compensation

Work Hours and Location:


  • Monday through Friday

Weekends off:


  • Hours range between 7 am to 5 pm
  • Positions available in various cities in Orange County.
    Schedules depend on availability and experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Will adhere to the Grooming and Dress code policies daily.
  • Will provide transportation to and from the participant/s home.
  • Will take the participant/s to their internship/work/activity location.
  • Will provide motivation and support with assigned work tasks.
  • Will assist participant/s with expanding their communication skills.
  • Will assist participant/s with displaying appropriate social behavior.
  • Will complete a recap of the day of the participant/s progress using your mobile phone.

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Can follow grooming and dress code guidelines daily.
  • Possess a minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Possess a reliable automobile and be willing to transport clients.
  • Possess a valid California Driver's license with a good driving record.
  • No years of experience are needed

We train you:


  • Excellent communication skills and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, and lift 25 lbs.
