- Constructing and publishing the companies monthly newsletter
- Collaborating and creating marketing material and flyers for events/clients
- Identifying trends and marketing opportunities for the company to participate in
- Cultural Advancement
- Develop monthly newsletters
- Compiling stats
- Gathering information
- Coordinating with featured employees
- Thorough review prior to newsletter going live
- Develop marketing flyers and internal forms
- Assisting in sourcing and purchasing event swag with approved suppliers
- Coordinate with HR, Directors and key management positions to meet marketing and promotional deadlines
- Sharepoint administration
- Collaborate with HR to improve internal resources page
- Jotform utilization project
- Create new intake and marketing forms
- Assist in various Jotform initiatives
- Additional duties as assigned
- Several HR and IT related initiatives are available
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
- Photoshop experience is a plus but not required
- Document/Flyer creation experience is a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- 1 year of marketing, communication or social media experience preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of direct work experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Associate's or equivalent coursework completed in Communications, Marketing or related field
- June-August
- 16-24 hours a week (2-3 days)
- Workdays will take place any time between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
- Part-time hybrid Office/Work from home
- Contingent on successful onboarding and workspace preference
- Starting rate is $15.00/hr
