- Key areas of responsibility/accountability include: Assisting with the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns
- Design and creation of marketing materials, in line with branding guidelines, including brochures, emails and social media posts
- Maintaining and updating websites
- Collaborating with external vendors and internal teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing efforts
- Supporting activity around conferences and events, such as booking booths, preparing promotional material, attendee follow-up
- Handling administrative and logistical tasks related to sales and marketing, such as supporting the GM in sales activity, coordinating meetings
- Internal comms related to sales and marketing
- Support for employment branding and recruitment activities
- While a degree, or marketing qualification may be useful, we are more interested in you demonstrating an understanding of the principles and practicalities of marketing
- Minimum of 6-8 years marketing experience
- Experience working in a relevant industry role would be ideal
- Experience working in a global organisation
- Understanding of and use of business and marketing tech stacks, including CRM, GA4, etc
- A positive personality that is motivated to achieve and work collaboratively

Description
POSITION PURPOSE -
The Marketing Services Manager plays an integral role in the success of the business, helping us achieve our growth goals.
We have big ambitions. Our company is the parent company which delivers engineering consulting services. We also have two core products which need marketing support – Propriety, own product and Covered Conductor, which we resell.
This role is critical to helping us achieve our core mission entering and growing our US market.
The role will work closely with the GM USA and our Fractional CMO to deliver our marketing requirements.
This is a hands-on delivery role. Priority is on supporting our growth in the USA market and globally our proprietary product. Support for other global activities where as required, including building our employment branding and recruitment activity.
