- Manage customer accounts while ensuring customer loyalty, that problems are resolved, and that work is done accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate field technician training and development on products, services, sales, and industry-related updates
- Work closely with customers to respond to warranty-related issues, providing guidance and technical expertise
- Collaborate with dispatchers and other service technicians
- Recruit, interview, and hire experienced service technicians
- High School diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
- 5+ years of industry experience including managing others
- Strong and in-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Ability to motivate, manage, and train technicians, installers, and dispatchers
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, and ServiceTitan is helpful
- Independent thinker and self-motivated
- Salary: $70,000 to 90,000/annually, depending on experience
