We are currently seeking a Financial Controller - Hotel Division (m/f/d) for our international client with a profitable portfolio of office, residential, and hotel properties throughout Central Europe, based in Berlin.

» Your Responsibilities


As a Financial Controller (m/f/d), you will work with your colleagues to review and prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for various hotel real estate companies in our client's portfolio, in accordance with German GAAP.


You will also be responsible for preparing reporting packages in accordance with IFRS for the group financial statements and regularly providing analyses and reports for management.

During the annual audit, you will act as a point of contact for external auditors and provide them with your expertise.

You will also monitor ongoing financial accounting and identify potential areas for optimization in financial controlling processes.
