Your responsibilities will include joining our experienced Learning Management team in cross-location projects, collaborating with all areas of auditing such as the Baker Tilly Academy, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, supporting the organization of further training measures, and developing digital training formats using AI-based visualization tools.

You will also be responsible for proofreading and optimizing letters and presentations.

Your profile should include a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on personnel development or media informatics, basic knowledge in accounting and auditing, strong communication and creativity skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

You should also have an analytical, structured, and careful approach to tasks, a sense of humor, and enjoy working in a team.

Excellent German and English skills are required.
