Are you ready for the challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Customer Success (f/m/d) to lead our customer success team.

This senior-level management position is crucial to our growth strategy and will have a significant impact on our success. As a leader, you will shape our ecosystem and drive the success of hospitality companies on our platform.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • You will develop the overall vision and strategic plan for the customer success organization to drive platform success and revenue growth.
  • You will build and lead a topperforming team of onboarding specialists, customer success managers, support team members, and solution architects.
  • You will define and optimize the customer experience for our midmarket and enterprise clients by implementing programs and initiatives to increase engagement and retention.
  • You will collaborate closely with other leaders in business development, marketing, and product to drive companywide strategies and goals.
  • You will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer and partner success.
  • Bonus: You will also oversee the success of our channel partners (resellers) and software partners.
