JOB DESCRIPTION
The BALANCE Family Planning Center is committed to promoting self-determined sexuality, partnership, and family planning. Under one roof, we offer psychological counseling, sexual education, and gynecological care, making us unique in Berlin. With a low-threshold approach and a diversity-conscious attitude, our interdisciplinary team supports each individual with their personal concerns.

Our psychological team offers individual, couples, and family counseling on topics such as partnership, sexuality, and life planning.

To expand our team, we are looking for an experienced psychologist to join us on April 1, 2024, for a part-time position of 15 hours per week.

Your responsibilities

Conducting individual, couples, and family counseling sessions
Providing sexual counseling
Crisis intervention
Developing new offerings, such as guided selfhelp groups, group sessions, and training courses
Crosssectional tasks

Requirements

Basic qualification as a psychologist
Preferably with additional training in therapy and sexual counseling
Experience in individual and couples counseling/therapy
Reliability, independent work style, openness, creativity, teamwork, social competence, and cultural sensitivity
Additional language skills are desirable
Interest in teamwork and conceptual work
Identification with the mission and principles of the Family Planning Center
