    Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Help Desk candidate in Redmond, WA for an opportunity to respond and troubleshoot incidents using diagnostic tools.

    Responsibilities:

  • Resolve system issues with various diagnostic tools
  • Mitigate issues within the internal system
  • Resolve to incidents tickets
  • Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science
  • 2+ years of IT professional experience
  • Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $130,000 based on experience
