YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management of the sales and customer service teams
Further development and expansion of our sales activities
Business development: driving new transport and contract logistics services
Support and expansion of existing customer relationships
Acquisition of new customers
Targeted marketing of our hazardous goods expertise
Preparation of offers, presentations, and negotiations with customers until contract award
Tender management
Metricsdriven control of the sales process
Reporting directly to the management team

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and professional demeanor
Resultsoriented entrepreneurial thinking and action
Handson mentality
High selfmotivation
Completed commercial training as a freight forwarding and logistics specialist (m/f/d) or a degree in logistics, transportation, business administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of sales experience in field sales
Regional market knowledge and existing customer contacts
Experience in independently managing a sales and service team
Experience in preparing and conducting price negotiations and bidding discussions
Knowledge of current transport and warehouse technology, as well as IT integration for existing and new
