Offenburg.

Your tasks:

Establishing a newly created play and care program for children aged three and above in the city of Offenburg, currently at three locations
Contact person for the municipality, kindergartens, and parents
Disciplinary and professional management of the care team
Creating work schedules
Billing services with parents and the city
Ensuring quality standards by developing concepts and training employees
