    Responsibilities

    As a Multisite Community Manager - Multifamily at Hines, your role involves overseeing daily operations at an assigned property. This includes managing team members, achieving financial and operational goals, and ensuring compliance with Hines policies. Responsibilities encompass, among others:

    • Participating in budget development through financial analysis and evaluation, setting rent rates, and reviewing financial reports.
    • Meeting revenue targets by managing rent collection, making bank deposits, and reviewing financial reports.
    • Approving vendor invoices, controlling expenditures, and managing petty cash.
    • Overseeing lease enforcement, promoting resident satisfaction, and addressing service issues promptly.
    • Ensuring maintenance team compliance with Hines' standards, conducting property inspections, and managing client relationships.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
    • Three or more years of residential community/property management experience.
    • Experience with Entrata a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work flexible schedules.
