Our client in Leipzig is looking for a Customer Advisor for the energy sector (m/f/d).

Your future tasks as a Customer Advisor:

  • Customer support in the energy sector via telephone and email
  • Independent clarification of customer inquiries and correspondence
  • Acceptance and qualification of fault reports
  • Creation and modification of ongoing contracts
  • Processing and maintenance of master data
  • Handling of complaints

Your qualifications as a Customer Advisor:

  • Completed commercial training or experience as a telephone customer advisor advantageous
  • Secure handling of PC
  • Good comprehension
  • Ability to see and understand complex relationships
