    We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager

    who will be responsible for managing integration projects that involve multiple departments, teams, and/or vendors. They will own the planning and governance along with overseeing the successful completion of the integration plan. The Senior Project Manager must have strong practical experience in project management, gained through managing large and complex projects.

    They should also have excellent people and communication skills so they can effectively coordinate across different teams and ensure everyone is on the same page.

    This role will follow APi methodology to support successful program delivery and enhance communications and portfolio planning.

    The Senior Project Manager leads the program planning effort, including the definition of the deliverables and the required delivery dates, coordinating projects and their interdependencies, managing stakeholder communication, managing and utilizing resources across projects, aligning deliverables to the program's outcome, and accumulation of all project cost and benefit estimates.

    The Senior Project Manager also manages, prepares, and produces program management reports, risks/issue plans, key decisions/actions, timelines, budgets, and formal documentation and/or presentations.

    The Senior Project Manager identifies risks and issues across the program and provides effective mitigation by monitoring program activities and resolving or escalating issues as needed.


    Day-to-day responsibilities:
    Oversees all integration program activities.
    Ensures alignment of integration stakeholders via superb communications, influencing, and relationship building.
    Simultaneously coordinates multiple workstreams across business operating units through the pre-and post-transaction integration process.
    Ensures program activities are aligned with strategy and business goals, while meeting quality, scheduling, budget, and standards requirements.
    Provides accurate timelines and ensures program activities and resources are aligned to deliver established priorities.
    Partners with the respective Business Leaders and associated team members to ensure quality delivery of integration deliverables.

    Serve as a trusted advisor and key resource to all integration teams, ensuring collaboration and information sharing among workstreams by managing cross-functional relationships through transparency, effective communication, and frequent updates.

    Work with functional teams to identify and track risks, actions, issues, decisions, dependencies, and synergies to ensure successful integration.
    Through project deployment, fosters and guides adoption of integration tools and business processes.
    Provides leadership and training in the consistent use of integration and project management methodology.
    Advocates for change management with an empathy for relationships and positions.
    Develops self in the knowledge of APi Group project methodology, technical skills, and culture.

    Qualifications:
    10+ years progressive experience in leading the deployment of large and/or enterprise scale initiatives.
    10+ years experience working within teams to deliver business solutions.
    Proven experience in performing the overall program management role for large scale project initiatives.
    PMP Certification or 15+ years in leading projects
    Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, with focus on integration
    Experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver system solutions.
    Advanced change leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage communication, negotiate successful outcomes, identify risks, and engage stakeholders.
    Extensive experience in building detailed, project plans and the creation of all project management artifacts.
    Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, meet deadlines, and simultaneously develop, deploy, and coordinate multiple projects, including ERP conversions

    Project management experience leading initiatives of 12+ months in duration, and project teams consisting of 25+ full-time/part-time project team members.

    Deep level of proficiency and understanding of the linkage between business processes, people, and systems.
    Strong business acumen across multiple functional areas and processes.
    Solid in Smartsheets, PowerApps and Power BI

    Proven ability to effectively communicate ideas and solutions across all levels of the organization, including operational employees, senior management, technical personnel, and consultants (written & verbal).

    Strong facilitation skills to drive issue resolution and consensus efficiently and effectively across all levels of the organization, as well as multiple business units / functional area stakeholders.

    Well-versed in project management information systems and methodology.
    Ability to participate in program activities occurring in multiple time zones and travel as necessary.

    Benefits and Compensation:
    This role will be eligible for hybrid work flexibility based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $111,400 - $167,100, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
