Atlas Technologies, a rapidly expanding company supporting the US Military and other Government entities, is seeking a passionate, flexible, highly motivated team player to join our group of Information Technology professionals.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team as a supporting a critical software development and delivery project.

This individual will play a key role in facilitating the Agile development process, ensuring effective collaboration, and driving the successful delivery of Oracle software within the organization.

Ability to work remotely from the following locations:

CA, CT, DC, FL, GA, LA, MD, NC, OR, RI, SC, VA, WV.

Pay Band:
$140,000 - $155,000 varies with experience
Travel up to 10%

You Will:

Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, guiding the team through the Scrum framework, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, adapting to changing requirements as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.
Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
Provide regular project status updates, addressing concerns, and fostering a transparent and collaborative project environment.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of PeopleSoft applications, modules, and best practices.
Collaborate with technical teams, analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of PeopleSoft solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Agile framework, recommending and implementing best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the project team.

You Have:
Must be a United States Citizen.
Must possess and maintain at least a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance.
Security+ Certificate
Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams through successful project delivery.
Previous experience managing technical development projects
Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Solid organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Orace PeopleSoft certification or relevant training is a plus.
Prior experience working across contracting teams in a federal government environment is a valuable asset.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management
